I specialize in working with those who experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and other mental health obstacles. I offer individual, group, couple and family counseling.

Vision: Healing Connections Mental Health aims to enhance the lives of others in the community through mental health therapy, consultation, and mental health supports, while assisting others in building healthy responses towards life stressors.

Depression & Anxiety
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Grief
Losing a loved one can be devastating and certainly life changing. It's not any easier when you have others telling you to get over your loss, when you are just not ready. Everyone moves at their own pace when it comes to grief. Seeking help to get you along on your journey is nothing to be ashamed of. Let us help you along your journey.
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are provided for couples of all variations, Polyamory, LGBTQ, monogamous, or other. Here at Healing Connections you will be provided with a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with a supervisor designation. I have a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been serving the communities mental health needs since 2015. I am a certified trauma professional and trained in EMDR.

Want to take your self care to the next level?
Healing Connections is now offering yoga to all new clients and current clients. If interested, you may reserve simply by emailing your first and last name. Classes throughout May are free. Held the first and third Saturday of each month and Thursdays and 8pm all virtually with only limited spots for in person.
